Playground 2.0’s ultimate steak dinner 😍 Easily one of the best dining experiences and meals of my life, interacting with the chefs as they cooked and learning about the food while sipping on glasses of perfectly paired wine. We tasted cuts of ribeye, flank, hanger, top sirloin, outside skirt, spinalis dorsi, and the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu- highest grade beef in the world ($115/lb)!! No words to describe it. The sides were incredible- Slow egg mushrooms cooked in fois gras fat, roasted garlic broccolini with beer and cheddar sauce, brown butter potatoes with melted leeks, arugula, and chorizo, cornbread with Wagyu beef butter… Japanese cheesecake with blueberry compote, chocolate crumble, and a glass of St. Archer’s coffee cream porter!!
